TL;DR

Sales Enablement Specialist (HR Technology): Designing and facilitating onboarding and continuous education programs for sellers, with an accent on driving seller readiness and productivity. Focus on high-impact learning experiences aligned to business priorities, sales methodology, product knowledge, and core systems, including AI-enabled tools.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. Remote work is also available from most other US locations.

Salary: $111,490 – $131,000 (San Francisco/New York) or $91,915 – $108,000 (Denver/Remote US)

What you will do

  • Deliver high-impact training through in-person, virtual, and blended formats for onboarding and ongoing skill development.
  • Facilitate sessions to build sales methodology, product expertise, and proficiency with systems like AI and Sales Ops tools.
  • Serve as the enablement lead for a defined product line, owning end-to-end learning strategy and execution.
  • Conduct independent needs analysis to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities aligned to revenue goals.
  • Design and update learning assets including facilitator guides, role plays, job aids, and assessments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or sales roles within a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating onboarding and ongoing sales training programs.
  • Ability to independently conduct needs analysis and translate business requirements into structured learning experiences.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating teams and aligning enablement initiatives to performance goals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, AI-enabled productivity tools, and collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (approximately one week per month).
