TL;DR

Sales Enablement Specialist: Owning day-to-day enablement operations and leading partner enablement programs with an accent on LMS/content management, training coordination, and program measurement. Focus on developing partner content, tracking enablement effectiveness, and supporting GTM initiatives.

Location: This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Denver, CO location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 a year

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day sales enablement operations, including LMS/content management and sales certifications.
  • Coordinate training schedules and maintain sales enablement assets.
  • Support the rollout of sales methodologies, messaging, and tools.
  • Lead the development of partner enablement programs and materials.
  • Create and maintain partner onboarding, training, and certification content.
  • Assist in tracking enablement effectiveness and supporting product launches.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-growing environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with partner or channel enablement.
  • LMS or CMS ownership experience.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.).
