TL;DR

What you will do

  • Motivate and coach a team of Account Executives to exceed sales objectives through continuous training, guidance, and performance check-ins.
  • Train new hires and current employees on sales processes, skills, and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with leadership from other departments and report on pipeline metrics.
  • Identify problem areas or challenges within your team's verticals and formulate strategies to overcome them.
  • Develop new strategies with the Retail leadership team to increase sales volume and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in a solution-sales or technology environment, with 1-2 years of coaching experience as a plus.
  • Strong desire to be in technology sales leadership with a solid technical aptitude.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication.
  • Strong understanding of business development best practices and a quantitative approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets in a competitive, quota-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English is required as a working language.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and open availability.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS X and iOS.
  • Fluency in other languages.
  • Retail experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
