What you will do
- Mentor and motivate the field sales team.
- Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to exceed objectives.
- Support the Manager in analyzing pipeline metrics and driving performance to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Help develop outbound initiatives to maximize team performance.
- Collaborate internally with various teams like partnerships, inbound, implementation, and marketing.
- Act as a foundational leader in Lyon, establishing team culture and contributing to hiring and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
- Experience coaching or leading a team required.
- Sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in fintech or solution-sales/technology.
- Strong understanding of sales best practices and proven closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
- A quantitative approach to decision-making and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in French and English required.

- Experience working in the hospitality industry.
- Experience with POS systems.
