What you will do
- Lead the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Identify and target high-level decision-makers (C-level) to present the premium service.
- Support newly activated accounts to ensure initial success and continuous pipeline development.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline, build accurate forecasts, and achieve (or exceed) targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine commercial strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or premium services.
- Proven track record in prospecting, closing deals, and driving revenue.
- Experience negotiating with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable building, iterating, and taking ownership.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance, track KPIs, and identify market trends.
