What you will do

  • Consistently exceed targets on a monthly basis.
  • Display a creative prospecting cadence for targeted accounts.
  • Understand our customers needs to demonstrate the hirify.global value proposition.
  • Keep your ear to the ground to ensure the latest developments in different industries.
  • Learn and use various sales tools to network.
  • Work very closely with our sales team to help streamline the sales process whilst improving your knowledge.

Requirements

  • Hunter Mindset: A proactive and positive attitude with a talent for navigating pathways to reach key decision-makers.
  • Outbound Sales Experience: 2+ years in an outbound sales role, with a proven track record of successfully selling complex products or services to enterprise customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the payments industry or with Australia merchants going global is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, whether written, verbal, or in person, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels (including senior stakeholders)
  • Familiarity with Sales Tools: Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SimilarWeb, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Fluent in English
