Location: Must be based in Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Operate as a strategic partner to customers, ensuring seamless transition, adoption, and long-term success with hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Own product adoption and customer retention for retail partnerships in the NOAM region.
  • Collaborate with sales to convert complimentary brands leveraging the platform to paying customers.
  • Manage multi-brand retailers and their brands through the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the c-suite, to influence organizational change.
  • Measure and monitor customer value and ROI to demonstrate value proposition to customers and internal leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within both SaaS and wholesale/retail industries.
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities proactively.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.
  • Proven ability to drive retention, product adoption, and customer engagement through data-driven insights.
  • Experience in overseeing/managing project implementation across multiple stakeholders.
