TL;DR

Accounting Technology Consultant (SaaS): Onboarding newly acquired clients onto our SaaS Accounting solution with an accent on improving their close process. Focus on organizing client close checklists, maintaining client relationships, and training domestic and international accounting teams.

Location: Los Angeles, California / Chicago, Illinois / New York City, NY. This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs

Salary: $76,000 - $114,000

What you will do

• Leading client kick-off calls and giving them an overview of the hirify.global implementation process and timeline
• Reviewing clients' current close documentation and advising them on best practices within the software
• Organizing the client close checklist into a customized Excel file that will form the basis for their hirify.global account
• Establishing and maintaining client relationships mainly through phone and email communication
• Training domestic and international accounting teams through screenshare on how to use the hirify.global software during their month-end close
• Point person for technical product support and accounting-related questions during implementation

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of public accounting (or equivalent) experience required
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
• Highly energetic, positive and passionate team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time

Nice to have

• CPA and/or public accounting experience is a bonus but not required
• Strong client-facing experience preferred
