TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Audit/Accounting Experience): Cultivating new business opportunities and creating outreach strategies to build rapport with senior level executives at potential clients with an accent on understanding client barriers, strategizing, and identifying solutions. Focus on building effective outbound communication strategies and meeting activity targets.
Location: Must work in office 3 days per week in Los Angeles, California.
Salary: $70,000 base pay, with an OTE of $95,000

What you will do
- Cultivate new business opportunities and create outreach strategies to build rapport with senior level executives at potential clients.
- Develop and maintain an effective level of understanding of the barriers our clients face while strategizing and identifying solutions for to help resolve them.
- Utilize all available means to create robust and effective prospecting lists.
- Build effective outbound communication strategies for sales prospecting.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets.
- Track progress and document activities in Salesforce automation systems.
Requirements
- Past Audit/Accounting experience is REQUIRED
- Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new concepts.
- Eager to be coached.
- Commitment to self-improvement and success.
- Team player with a collaborative orientation.
- Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Cold calling and/or Salesforce.com experience a plus but not required
