Location: Remote (United States). Travel up to 20% to customer sites as needed. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Salary: $76,000–$114,000

What you will do

• Build and deploy AI Agents to automate low-complexity accounting workflows, ensuring proper configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Enable corporate accounting teams to build and deploy AI Agents through training programs, workshops, and guided sessions.
• Support adoption across corporate accounting teams by leading enablement sessions and ongoing coaching.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of Agent configurations and coordinate escalation with technical resources.
• Assist product improvement by documenting and submitting customer feedback.
• Work with partner consultants on implementations, ensuring adherence to delivery guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting advisory, consulting, or operations roles with strong familiarity in core accounting workflows.
• Background in accounting required (CPA preferred), with experience in public accounting, audit, or corporate accounting strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, system optimization, or technology-enabled accounting processes.
• Strong communication skills to lead training sessions, workshops, and guided build sessions.
• Ability to break down complex accounting processes and convert them into structured automation steps.
• Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, documentation, and customer enablement activities.

Nice to have

• CPA or a degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in Professional Services, Finance Transformation, or Process Optimization, ideally serving accounting or audit functions.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics) and accounting close processes.
• Familiarity with AI or automation platforms (LLM-based agents, RPA tools, or AI workflow builders).
• Experience designing or maintaining SQL-based reporting, and configuring API integrations.
