Salary: $164,000–$246,000

What you will do

• Define platform-wide experiences, ensuring a unified and consistent user journey across all products.
• Design intuitive, high-trust, and scalable experiences for complex AI capabilities across the platform.
• Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for the Flow UI Design System.
• Partner with Front-End Engineering Leadership to ensure the design system is technically sound and maintainable.
• Establish processes and governance to maximize the impact and adoption of the design system.
• Mentor and coach designers in system thinking, design systems best practices, and leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience designing and shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products.
• Expert-level experience in leading, building, scaling, and governing a large-scale enterprise Design System.
• Strong understanding of front-end development technologies (e.g., React, HTML/CSS).
• Expertise in managing the integrity of design decisions across code through Design Token Management tools.
• Familiarity with modern developer workflows, Version Control (Git/GitHub), and Package Management.
• World-class portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design, and strategic thinking on large-scale platform interfaces.
