Salary: $140,000 – 175,000 base + 15% bonus + full benefits

What you will do

• Provide direct leadership and development to a team of Scrum Masters/Delivery Managers.
• Establish and continuously refine Agile methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee strategy, administration, and optimization of product and delivery platforms including Jira and Confluence.
• Deliver a consolidated, real-time view of roadmap progress, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with senior technology and product leaders to ensure realistic and executable roadmap commitments.
• Champion scalable intake, prioritization, and roadmapping practices.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Manager.
• 3–5+ years of experience leading Scrum Masters or Agile delivery professionals.
• Deep hands-on experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principles.
• Strong Jira administration expertise and experience optimizing delivery tools.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, logistics, transportation, or compliance-oriented industries.
• Exposure to distributed product and engineering organizations.
• Experience leading delivery transformation initiatives in scaling companies.
• Familiarity with portfolio-level planning frameworks such as Scaled Agile or OKRs.
