What you will do

• Serve as the primary delivery coordinator across multiple independent technology teams.
• Lead planning, sequencing, and coordination for major new product launches.
• Facilitate delivery of cross-team initiatives requiring shared planning and dependency management.
• Establish and maintain transparent intake and prioritization processes for cross-team work.
• Identify, track, and proactively manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, flow, and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years of experience in delivery management or technical program leadership.
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects.
• Expertise in Project Management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to influence across technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with specification, configuration, CAD, or BIM technologies.
• Familiarity with SAFe concepts or Release Train Engineer responsibilities.
• Experience supporting large-scale product launches.
• Background in lean or continuous improvement practices.
