Location: Hybrid in Boston (US) or Toronto (Canada), with at least 3 days a week in-office attendance required.

Salary: $125,000–$244,000

What you will do

• Steward the platform vision and ensure cohesive cross-functional execution for the hirify.global Boardvantage platform.
• Lead and develop a global team of Product Delivery Leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Work closely with Product Managers to ensure roadmap and delivery alignment and prioritization.
• Lead end-to-end release governance, including planning, readiness assessments, stakeholder communication, and rollout coordination.
• Manage the product stability, availability, and performance of the platform in partnership with Technology teams.
• Define and improve operational processes, including change control, support workflows, and cross-functional delivery, ensuring adherence to PDLC standards and compliance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product, Platform Management, Governance/Compliance technology, or SaaS delivery.
• Significant experience leading global teams and managing large-scale, complex platforms.
• Proven success in release management, operational governance, and cross-functional leadership.
• Familiarity with product development life cycle models and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence with experience implementing it within a product or product development activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
