Salary: $125,000–$244,000
What you will do
- Steward the platform vision and ensure cohesive cross-functional execution for the hirify.global Boardvantage platform.
- Lead and develop a global team of Product Delivery Leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Work closely with Product Managers to ensure roadmap and delivery alignment and prioritization.
- Lead end-to-end release governance, including planning, readiness assessments, stakeholder communication, and rollout coordination.
- Manage the product stability, availability, and performance of the platform in partnership with Technology teams.
- Define and improve operational processes, including change control, support workflows, and cross-functional delivery, ensuring adherence to PDLC standards and compliance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Product, Platform Management, Governance/Compliance technology, or SaaS delivery.
- Significant experience leading global teams and managing large-scale, complex platforms.
- Proven success in release management, operational governance, and cross-functional leadership.
- Familiarity with product development life cycle models and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence with experience implementing it within a product or product development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
