Location: Downtown Denver, CO. Hybrid role – 3 days a week on-site. US Citizen or Permanent Resident Only

What you will do

• Serve as Senior Scrum Master for business-facing teams driving implementation of a vendor-based business management platform.
• Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to document current-state processes and enable streamlined, automated future-state workflows.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) while coaching teams with limited Agile experience.
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams and the external application vendor.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master within Agile frameworks.
• Experience in banking and or financial institutions.
• Hands-on background supporting workflow documentation, back-office operations, and process automation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead and mature teams with limited Agile experience, while effectively partnering with operational stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendor-facing delivery efforts and operating successfully in high-pressure environments.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
