hirify.global is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead delivery for two cross functional teams focused on building and enhancing data products.
What you will do
- Own end to end project delivery for multiple concurrent data initiatives across two teams.
- Establish and manage a structured work intake process, ensuring clear scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and forecasts, adjusting as priorities or dependencies change.
- Drive predictable delivery through proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.
- Partner with product owners, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to prioritize work based on value, capacity, and dependencies.
- Create clear, concise artifacts such as dashboards, timelines, RAID logs, and executive summaries.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably supporting data or platform teams.
- Proven success managing multiple teams and complex delivery roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, and delivery forecasts in dynamic environments.
Nice to have
- Experience working with data engineering, analytics, or data platform teams.
- Familiarity with cloud native data architectures, especially on AWS.
- Experience supporting both streaming and batch data processing.
- Background as a technical contributor (engineering, data, or analytics).
