TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager, Platform (AI): Defining and establishing hirify.global's platform business with an accent on shaping the emerging product area and defining the go-to-market approach. Focus on determining how the product is positioned, adopted, and differentiated in a competitive enterprise landscape.

Location: Based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office, or Remote West Coast, US, with frequent travel.

Salary: $227K – $415K + Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Define the category, narrative, and value proposition for hirify.global as the intelligence layer inside the enterprise.
  • Own end-to-end product marketing for a net-new business from early product definition through launch, adoption, usage, and expansion.
  • Translate customer needs, market insight, and competitive context into clear product and packaging guidance.
  • Determine target segments, buyer personas, sales motions, and messaging that support early traction and long-term scale.
  • Articulate how hirify.global’s approach compares to and competes with cloud and infrastructure providers.
  • Create core narratives, positioning, sales enablement, launch frameworks, and internal alignment for a business that is just getting started.

Requirements

  • Have 15+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or related roles in enterprise, B2B, or platform businesses.
  • Are excited by white space and ambiguity and want to build something new from the ground up.
  • Have experience helping define or launch net-new products, platforms, or categories, ideally alongside sales teams.
  • Can translate complex technology into clear, differentiated enterprise value narratives.
  • Think holistically about market creation, segmentation, adoption, usage, and competition.
  • Are a strong cross-functional partner to Product and Sales.
