Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA, USA. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $293,000–$325,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Build the core user account and authentication experiences that power all hirify.global products.
  • Translate identity needs across hirify.global’s product suite (ChatGPT, API, Codex, Sora) into prioritized product requirements.
  • Build the next generation of products that empower people to control how their accounts and data are accessed.
  • Define and track metrics for adoption, reliability, and security posture.
  • Build tools that enable secure integrations with third-party services.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management or related industry experience, ideally in identity or security products.
  • Ability to translate technical identity concepts into clear customer value and align diverse stakeholders toward a shared vision.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Energized by building secure, scalable infrastructure that enables enterprises to confidently adopt frontier AI.
