What you will do

• Adopt a customer-first, security-forward mindset for product development, focusing on frictionless, accurate, and optimized identification and verification.
• Drive the strategy and roadmap for customer identification and verification, exploring AI-forward approaches.
• Define and own KPIs for identification and verification performance, building dashboards and continuous improvement loops.
• Strategically partner with Expedia's central Identity Platform team and other stakeholders (engineering, operations, design, data science, security) to deliver cohesive identity solutions.
• Enable secure, efficient AI-driven customer service by defining how identification and verification evolve for agentic AI experiences.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change across various teams to align priorities and improve service outcomes, reduce fraud, and reduce customer effort.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience (or 6+ years with a Master's degree).
• Proven experience managing AI-forward or ML-enabled products, ideally in identity, authentication, risk, fraud, or customer service domains.
• Demonstrated success creating a comprehensive product vision and roadmap aligned to measurable outcomes and KPIs.
• Experience defining product metrics, shaping KPI frameworks, building dashboards, and driving data-driven decision-making.
• Strong ability to tell clear, compelling, data-driven stories to influence prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and balance diverse priorities for successful product outcomes.
• Must have US work authorization, as the employer participates in E-Verify.
• Must be able to work from Seattle, Washington, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity platforms, authentication technologies (MFA, device intelligence, behavioral analytics), or security/privacy best practices.
• Strong UX sensibility and attention to detail for frictionless and secure verification flows.
• Experience in the airline or travel industry.
