Location: Remote (Global). The company also has offices in London and Limassol, which can be visited.

What you will do

  • Build and refine a Go-To-Market roadmap for priority regions, including ICP definition and segmentation.
  • Generate new leads, establish strategic partnerships, and lead negotiations for new business acquisition.
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales function, including hiring, enablement, and coaching.
  • Own CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting cadence.
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships with Product, Marketing, and Account Management.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and public speaking engagements.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles (Senior Sales Manager, VP-level, or similar).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for a B2B SaaS / Tech / IT product.
  • Demonstrable experience leading the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover.
  • Strong experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on short notice to secure key deals.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline analytics/forecasting tools.

Nice to have

  • iGaming B2B experience (platforms, sportsbook, casino, affiliates, payments, or regulated-market selling).
  • Experience selling multi-geo, where regulations, local market realities, and procurement cycles differ by region.
  • Strong public speaking confidence and experience representing a company at events.
  • Existing network of relevant B2B decision-makers and partners.
