What you will do
- Design and create high-fidelity hard surface 3D weapons and vehicles using Maya, ZBrush, and Substance suite.
- Optimize assets for real-time rendering while maintaining realism and quality.
- Develop clean topology, UV layouts, and texture maps according to project standards.
- Collaborate with concept artists and leads to align with artistic direction and gameplay needs.
- Participate in team reviews and critiques to refine workflows and asset quality.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in AAA game development focusing on hard surface modeling.
- Proven expertise in high-to-low poly workflows, baking, and texturing.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Substance Designer.
- Strong grasp of art fundamentals, including shape language, material definition, and lighting.
- Experience with at least one released AAA title.
