TL;DR

CG Artist (Gamedev): Creating photorealistic and game-ready 3D models of armored vehicles and hard-surface assets for AAA titles with an accent on high-poly sculpting and PBR workflows. Focus on delivering high-quality mechanical structures from blueprints to in-engine setup.

Location: Hybrid (Kyiv) or Remote within Ukraine. Not eligible for relocation.

What you will do

• Create photorealistic game-ready 3D models of vehicles, props, and other hard-surface assets.
• Handle the full production cycle from high-poly sculpting to in-engine export and setup.
• Utilize cutting-edge CG technology to maintain and elevate the quality bar.
• Continuously grow expertise through training and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a 3D Artist in the game development industry.
• Strong hard surface modeling skills, particularly for vehicles and mechanical structures.
• Expertise in high-poly and low-poly modeling, UV mapping, and normal map baking.
• Proficiency in Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
• Ability to work from technical documents, blueprints, and real-world references.
• Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with Substance Designer, UVLayout, and Marvelous Designer.
• Hands-on experience with photogrammetry to enhance realism.
• Strong drawing or concepting skills.
