What you will do

• Develop high-quality real-time characters from initial concept to final in-game assets.
• Sculpt detailed characters, clothing, and accessories ensuring high levels of realism.
• Collaborate with concept artists, animators, and technical artists to ensure asset quality.
• Maintain high artistic standards and visual consistency across the entire project.
• Provide mentorship and support to less experienced artists.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Character Artist in game development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level craftsmanship in realistic characters.
• Expertise in sculpting, anatomy, proportions, and materials.
• Proficiency in ZBrush, Maya/Blender, and Substance Painter.
• Deep understanding of real-time asset pipelines and optimization techniques.
• English: Perfect proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with historical or realistic art styles.
• Previous experience working on AAA titles.
• Knowledge of character pipelines for animation and rigging.
• Experience with Substance Designer or Houdini.
• Strong drawing skills.
