What you will do

• Design and create high-fidelity 3D assets, including hard surface models, environments, props, and organic elements.
• Optimize assets for real-time rendering while maintaining a high level of quality and realism.
• Develop clean and efficient topology, UV layouts, and texture maps to meet industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with concept artists and leads to align assets with artistic direction and gameplay needs.
• Participate in team reviews and critiques, implementing feedback to improve workflows and asset quality.
• Conduct research on industry trends and tools to continually enhance asset quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in AAA game development.
• Must have at least one AAA released title in your portfolio.
• Deep understanding of high-to-low poly workflows, baking, and texturing for realistic hard surface modeling.
• Proficiency in Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Substance Designer.
• Strong grasp of art fundamentals, including shape language, material definition, and lighting.
• Ability to work efficiently within deadlines and apply constructive feedback.
