What you will do

• Create high-quality 3D models and textures for characters, weapons, and props optimized for mobile platforms.
• Maintain a consistent realistic aesthetic aligned with the game's theme and target audience.
• Optimize graphics to ensure maximum performance on mobile devices without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with the technical team to integrate 3D assets into the game engine.
• Lead and mentor junior 3D artists, providing feedback to maintain high quality standards.
• Stay current with latest mobile gaming graphics trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling and texturing for mobile games.
• Portfolio demonstrating realistic 3D characters, weapons, and props.
• Proficiency in Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, or Adobe Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of mobile game asset creation pipelines and technical constraints.
• English: B1+ level and Russian: C1 level.
• Must be able to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on mobile shooter or action titles.
• Knowledge of Unity or other mobile game development engines.
• Passion for the shooter genre.
