What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of UX Researchers across multiple squads, ensuring professional growth and high-quality research delivery.
• Design and conduct user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to plan and deliver UX research roadmaps.
• Inform, influence, and support cross-functional teams with research insights to champion user-driven decisions.
• Embed user research into the discovery and product development process.
• Advocate research findings through written and oral presentations to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Leadership and mentoring skills to oversee UX researchers.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with User Research Methodologies such as User Interviews, Usability Testing, Diary studies, and Competitor Research.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and synthesise data to identify patterns.
• Experience with UX research tools like UserZoom, Hotjar, Usabilla, and Contentsquare.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
