What you will do

• Support the daily management of the European Community Ambassador Program, handling inquiries and feedback.
• Coordinate and execute online and offline community events throughout Europe.
• Ensure efficient daily operations of community programs in the European region aligned with strategic goals.
• Maintain program documentation and communication strategies relevant to Europe.
• Source user-generated content from European communities to aid marketing and creative efforts.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in community management or event planning, preferably in gaming.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication across teams and partners in Europe.
• In-depth knowledge of Pokémon, Pokémon GO, and related European communities.
• Proven experience coordinating virtual or in-person events, including logistics and timelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment in Barcelona, Spain, handling dynamic situations and occasional non-traditional hours for events.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing or being a brand ambassador.
• Successful moderation of a Discord server with many active participants.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
