What you will do

• Encourage and lead a team of professionals across lifecycles, sales, events, promotions, and LiveOps specials.
• Develop CRM strategies aimed at improving the performance of sales, monetization, and retention cycles.
• Analyze the performance of team’s activities, report on metrics, and share findings.
• Work with the Product Team to build a roadmap of features to deliver a customer experience and revenue.
• Develop innovative concepts to test by running LiveOps campaigns.
• Collaborate with other teams across the business, including Art, Product, Data Science, Social Media, VIP, and Customer Service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior CRM role within a high-paced environment.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of the gaming industry and current market trends.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related subject area.
