TL;DR

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $165,000–$175,000 USD/per year

What you will do

  • Steer and inspire an executive team to achieve business targets.
  • Implement operational excellence to provide continuous improvement of the business.
  • Achieve net revenue and EBITA growth targets set by the company.
  • Develop new and existing leaders within the organization.
  • Provide detailed quarterly briefings and monthly business updates to senior corporate managers.
  • Establish long-term technology strategies across all product lines in conjunction with the Group’s leadership team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in the Healthcare IT industry.
  • Ability to effectively engage with healthcare clinical leadership.
  • Experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience managing a multi-functional group.
  • Experience managing an entire Profit and Loss statement.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • RN and/or nursing experience.
