Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (3 days per week onsite)

Salary: €140,000–€150,000 gross per annum

What you will do

• Provide strategic, operational, and cultural leadership for the hirify.global Investment Firm.
• Serve as a day-to-day policymaker under Dutch and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Lead all aspects of governance, compliance, and operational controls with internal specialists.
• Establish and grow the Amsterdam-based team, including digital and control-function capabilities.
• Represent the firm with regulators, supervisory authorities, and partners.
• Partner with leaders across Europe and globally to shape the Investment Firm’s service offering and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Executive experience in financial markets, investment firms, trading venues, or related regulated environments.
• Prior exposure to OTC, SI, or similar trading environments.
• Strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks (MiFID II and relevant Dutch requirements).
• Proven track record to work effectively across global teams and influence at senior levels.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in a regulated, multinational environment.
• Work from Amsterdam, Netherlands, at least 3 days per week onsite.

• Proven track record to lead strategic initiatives, build organizations, and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Experience in digital transformation, trading technology, or innovative financial services.
