Location: Fully remote, with a work from anywhere scheme available globally. Team is distributed across Europe and the US.

Salary: £90,000–£115,000 (yearly)

What you will do

• Create leverage for the CEO by focusing on high-value work, filtering noise, assessing trade-offs, and exploring new business opportunities.
• Help the Senior Leadership Team operate as a high-performing unit by preparing for key meetings, improving clarity, and ensuring accountability.
• Drive change from experimental ideas into measurable outcomes through ambiguous cross-functional initiatives and Special Projects.
• Provide direction for internal operations, including people, legal, and general ops, managing a Business Ops Associate.
• Absorb and make sense of large amounts of industry, product, and operational information daily, applying strong commercial judgment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a high-ownership, high-accountability environment, tackling business-critical problems proactively.
• Strong track record of delivering in async and remote teams.
• Energized by both hands-on execution and strategic work, with a "figure it out" mindset for ambiguity.
• Comfortable driving accountability across teams of all seniorities.
• Ability to process large amounts of information, manage an intense workload, and relentlessly prioritize.
• English: B2+ required.
