CRM Accountant (Fintech): Defining and leading hirify.global’s end-to-end CRM strategy for Accountant Partners, building the lifecycle framework and orchestrating omnichannel communications. Focus on optimizing the entire partner journey, executing one-shot and automated campaigns, and building a scalable CRM & Marketing Automation stack across 8 international markets.

What you will do

  • Contribute to defining and evolving the Accountants lifecycle framework in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Build and execute end-to-end CRM action plans, including one-shot and automated campaigns across 8 markets.
  • Structure and segment the accountant database and set up robust performance reporting across digital channels.
  • Identify, implement, and optimize the right marketing automation tooling to scale efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS scale-ups or the Fintech industry.
  • Experience with Accountant audiences and/or Partner ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with PRM tools (Partnerstack, Salesforce Community) and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable setting up reporting and interpreting performance.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams (Sales, Ops, Product) on segmentation strategies.
  • Fluent in English and capable of working in an international environment.
