What you will do

• Manage hirify.global’s global transfer pricing framework, ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and local country requirements.
• Build and operate detailed transfer pricing models in Excel, using Finance data to support intercompany pricing and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepare, review, and maintain transfer pricing documentation (master file, local files, benchmarking studies).
• Advise on transfer pricing implications of intercompany transactions, including services, IP, cloud infrastructure, cost-sharing, and financing.
• Partner with Finance and Legal on the design and implementation of intercompany agreements and pricing policies.
• Monitor global transfer pricing rules and international tax frameworks (e.g., OECD BEPS, Pillar One / Pillar Two) and assess business impact.

Requirements

• ACA, CTA, ATID, CPA, NOB or equivalent professional qualification.
• 4-7 years of experience in tax, with significant expertise in UK and EU VAT.
• Solid grounding in OECD transfer pricing principles with the ability to apply them pragmatically in a commercial environment.
• Advanced Excel capability, including building complex transfer pricing models, scenario analysis, and data-driven pricing calculations.
• Comfortable operating with incomplete information and evolving business models.
• Practical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to change.
