International Tax Specialist

What you will do

• Prepare and review VAT filings and support OSS/IOSS compliance.
• Ensure correct VAT treatment in Odoo for various transactions (sales, returns, intercompany, B2B vs B2C).
• Coordinate VAT registrations in new countries when required and reconcile VAT balances.
• Support preparation of corporate tax returns and assist in tax provision calculations.
• Review tax implications of cross-border transactions and support import/export and customs-related tax questions.
• Maintain tax documentation and filing calendar, and assist in tax audits and information requests.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in tax (Big4 or multinational company).
• Strong knowledge of VAT (EU & USA VAT experience preferred).
• Experience with accounting systems.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
