Salary: $110,000–$135,000 a year

What you will do

• Shape and manage the hirify.global brand's presence across all global social platforms.
• Develop bold, culturally resonant creative ideas tailored for diverse markets and audiences.
• Define, refine, and champion hirify.global’s social tone of voice.
• Build social support plans that connect seamlessly to larger marketing initiatives and performance goals.
• Partner with Community Operations and Safety teams to ensure warm, responsible community interactions.
• Deliver concise, presentation-ready performance reporting with clear insights and recommended optimizations.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media for consumer-facing brands, ideally with global reach.
• Deep understanding of global social platforms and how to adapt strategies for culturally diverse markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience partnering with influencers and external agencies across time zones.
• Strong grasp of paid performance, KPIs, and optimization strategies.
• Proficiency with social listening, trend tools, scheduling platforms, and creator sourcing tools.
