TL;DR

Strategic Finance Analyst (Finance): Partnering with Enterprise and regional stakeholders to support financial planning, performance analysis, and decision-making with an accent on financial modeling and KPI tracking. Focus on translating business activity into actionable financial insights and optimizing global budgeting processes.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (must be onsite 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to support financial planning and data-driven decision-making.
• Own financial models, forecasts, and KPI tracking for assigned global functions.
• Support the annual planning process (SPF), including budgeting and forecasting.
• Translate business performance into financial insights to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to align on assumptions and reporting approaches.
• Propose actionable solutions to identified problems within the coverage area.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification with post-qualification experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin City Centre office 2 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance systems such as OneStream, Oracle, or Hyperion.
• Experience improving reporting, planning processes, or financial tooling.
• Exposure to working in a global or cross-functional environment.
