Summer Internship: Think Like A Rookie (Sports-Tech): Hands-on experience within a fast-paced sports technology company with an accent on rotational execution, project contribution and deliverables management. Focus on reflection and presentation summarizing work and cross-departmental experience.

Location: Hybrid role, expected to work out of our NYC office 1-2 days per week.

Salary: $20/hour, 30 hours/week, 8-week internship

What you will do

• Complete four 2-week rotations across departments (i.e. Commercial, Strategy, Marketing, Delivery, Live Operations Support, Design, Operations, HR).
• Gain hands-on experience by shadowing and actively contributing to key projects within four departments.
• Own assigned tasks and deliverables per department learning plans.
• Maintain clear communication with Departmental and Program Leads and adhere to hirify.global's professional standards.
• Conclude each rotation with a short presentation summarizing work and reflecting using the Think Like an Athlete (Train, Compete, Recharge) model.
• Deliver a final program presentation synthesizing the cross-departmental experience.
