Focus on scaling the onboarding engine, proactively managing the client base for success, and collaborating with the tax team on upsell opportunities.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, managing timelines, collecting information, and coordinating internal teams.
  • Oversee key commercial workflows, including billing updates, payment coordination, service renewals, and addressing client questions.
  • Maintain portfolio-level visibility by monitoring deadlines, deliverable status, and usage patterns.
  • Surface risks and opportunities by identifying clients with emerging needs and collaborating on upsell opportunities.
  • Support internal stakeholders by preparing data summaries, analyzing trends, and identifying client portfolio insights.
  • Collaborate with hirify.global’s tax operations team to implement service workflows that improve client experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client success/account management within financial services, public accounting, tax services, wealth management, SaaS, or startup.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot.
  • B2C experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects and client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working in a scaling, fast-paced environment where processes are constantly evolving.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with sophisticated clients or high-complexity setups (e.g., high-net-worth individuals, multi-entity structures).
