What you will do

• Manage the totality of client relationships for assigned accounts, covering all products and services.
• Act as the primary client contact for service incidents, technical escalations, and business reviews.
• Identify product support and development needs, acting as the voice of the customer internally.
• Ensure quality service delivery and operational performance, aligning client needs with internal solutions.
• Develop account plans, manage sales support, and achieve revenue targets for new and existing accounts.
• Negotiate and settle claims/billing disputes and ensure timely contract renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles or the financial industry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to develop and conduct presentations.
• Collaboration skills to solve problems with internal and external audiences.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Must be able to travel to client sites as necessary and be on call 24/7.
