What you will do

• Generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Drive business and technical benefits from partner deal registrations and lead generation lists, including cold calling.
• Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business.
• Maximize coverage and penetrate organizations with hirify.global products.
• Provide forecasting and account opportunity updates.
• Achieve individual and team quotas to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Proficient level of English and German.
• Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams.
• Ability to establish positive and lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
