TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the London office, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Audit, calibrate, and continuously improve AI capabilities across the recruitment lifecycle and design/deploy automations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for hiring insights, own TA metric integrity, and maintain data pipelines.
  • Identify and resolve workflow friction points to achieve an admin-zero environment.
  • Partner with recruiters and the business to maintain a central knowledge base and lead governance of hiring algorithms.
  • Act as the guardian of recruitment hygiene, analyzing interviewer effectiveness and designing high-impact training.
  • Drive the evolution of Talent Acquisition products like assessment tools, referrals, and visa support.

Requirements

  • Product mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of how to prompt, train, and audit LLMs and NLP models, and define basic automation logic.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion without constant supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and partner effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding data analysis and reporting.
  • Drive for continuous improvement in the recruitment, coordination, and interviewer experience.
