What you will do

• Serve as the single point of contact for the Customer Portal, owning its end-to-end functional design.
• Maintain and evolve the functional roadmap aligned with the overall product vision.
• Lead requirement discovery with business stakeholders and customers, translating needs into high-quality feature requirements.
• Coordinate and align with the development team to deliver features with clear goals and consistent quality.
• Drive the feature delivery process by providing precise requirement clarifications, managing scope, and resolving functional questions.
• Analyze feedback and usage data to identify improvements for usability and functionality.

Requirements

• Strong functional and technical background with Salesforce.
• 5+ years of consulting experience with a dynamic, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate across global teams.
