What you will do

• Serve as primary product contact for feature requests and updates, ensuring strong global collaboration.
• Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Support product roadmap development with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data and feedback to build business cases for feature development.
• Monitor and facilitate multi-squad implementation and integration projects.
• Develop and improve processes to accelerate product development and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from Berlin, Germany with relocation support available
• 5+ years experience in web and mobile consumer products, preferably e-commerce.
• Good understanding of software development processes and tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro).
• Analytical skills including SQL/BigQuery or strong desire to learn.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in Search & Discovery is a plus.
