Product Manager (People Processes)

TL;DR

Product Manager (People Processes): Developing and optimizing end-to-end employee lifecycle and global People Operations processes with an accent on discovery, prioritization, and roadmapping. Focus on translating business priorities into outcome-based roadmaps and ensuring initiatives move from discovery to delivery effectively.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (2 days a week in the office)

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of HR operations and the processes affecting employees.
• Own discovery, prioritization, and roadmapping for global People Operations processes (e.g., onboarding, preboarding, employee changes, offboarding).
• Translate strategy and business priorities into outcome-based roadmaps for employee processes globally.
• Ensure initiatives move from discovery to delivery by clarifying scope, managing dependencies, and supporting change.
• Act as a connector and facilitator between Product Head, Center of Excellence, and HRIS teams.
• Serve as an ambassador of the Product organisation, embedding best practices across the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience, ideally as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Transformation Manager, or in Product Operations.
• Proven experience leading discovery and prioritization in complex environments.
• Ability to work with remote teams.
• Strong problem framing and analytical thinking.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and complexity.
