Product Manager (Ecommerce)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Ecommerce): Leading the development and management of consumer discovery products, including search, recommendation, and intent collection systems. Focus on improving consumer discovery through data, machine learning, and online serving systems to meet high availability and performance requirements.

Location: Must join the team for face-to-face connection and collaboration in our beautiful Berlin campus 2 days a week

What you will do

• Develop the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan for Discovery Products.
• Define metrics to measure effectiveness and set clear targets for improvement.
• Develop decision frameworks to align partner teams and leadership on marketplace growth.
• Act as the go-to person for questions, clarifications, and direction on Discovery products.
• Establish feedback loops with peers leading brands and partner-facing teams.
• Drive tradeoffs between product and architecture investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in an eCommerce or Marketplace setting.
• Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing communications across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with Marketplace principles.
• Prior machine learning experience and familiarity with statistical data analytics techniques.
• Experience translating business strategy into a detailed product roadmap.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
