Product Manager

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid setup, requiring on-site presence at least 2 days/week, with Wednesdays as an in-office day. For those further away, two days per month attendance is required for team events, with the annual company week in Hamburg, Germany.

What you will do

• Work as a hands-on Product Manager with a customer-aligned product team, providing strategic guidance and driving the day-to-day roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment with product strategy.
• Identify market trends, customer and user needs, and opportunities to drive product innovation.
• Proactively and clearly communicate any changes to the product roadmap to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in product management within an agile environment.
• Solid understanding of modern product discovery and product management practices.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a global, fast-moving environment.
• Fluent English skills are required.

Nice to have

• German language skills are a plus.
