TL;DR

Growth Marketer (B2B) (SaaS): Driving acquisition, pipeline growth, and expansion across business and enterprise segments with an accent on scaling demand and adoption across B2B audiences. Focus on measurable and scalable marketing efforts aligned to revenue outcomes, new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement.

Location: Work from anywhere with at least 6 hours’ overlap with UK time. Choose your own hours with a minimum 4-hour overlap with the UK working day (8am–6pm).

What you will do

  • Execute and optimise B2B growth programs to drive qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and expansion opportunities.
  • Support demand generation across account-based and segment-based campaigns, outbound-assisted growth motions, and product-led and content-led acquisition paths.
  • Partner with Sales to align targeting, messaging, and activation strategy.
  • Support customer marketing initiatives that drive product adoption, upsell and expansion, retention and advocacy.
  • Support GTM execution for new B2B offerings and launches, including campaign setup and optimisation, channel execution and experimentation, and performance tracking and iteration.
  • Track and report on growth performance across B2B initiatives, ensuring programs are measurable and tied to clear business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Hands-on experience executing and optimising B2B growth programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels and sales-assisted and product-led motions.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Customer Marketing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analysing performance and running experiments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting customer expansion or lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing or segmentation strategies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, technical, or developer-focused products.
