Product Specialist - Cash Equity & Market Data (Fintech)

What you will do

• Work closely with Cash Equity Products and Market Data teams to capture business needs and develop proposals for implementation.
• Own the relationship with hirify.global IT Market Services for pre-studies and defining complete business requirements.
• Validate business requirements with internal stakeholders and propose alternative solutions where appropriate.
• Support product development by writing user guides, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Contribute to project management by validating implementation costs and supporting the definition of business cases.
• Conduct business intelligence activities by analyzing competitor initiatives and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or from a top-tier business/engineering school.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in the financial services industry, with understanding of execution services and the asset management industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to cooperate in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential; French fluency is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IT projects is a plus.
• Understanding of the role of exchanges and clearing houses is desirable but not mandatory.
