What you will do
- Produce high-quality, stakeholder-facing presentations to drive alignment and inform decisions.
- Support key business operations within the sales organization, including process development, internal reporting, and project exploration.
- Collect user feedback on technology tools and facilitate group training sessions to enhance team adoption.
- Execute Qualtrics and Salesforce support tasks such as analyzing user data, updating dashboards, and maintaining contact information.
Requirements
- Currently completing an undergraduate degree from a Canadian institution with a focus on Business, Economics, or a similar program.
- Solid verbal, written, and analytical communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, MS Teams).
- Understanding and willingness to learn the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Proactive problem-solver with proven time management and organization skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity or previous experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce).
- Previous customer experience, account management, or sales experience.
- Ability to think outside the box and propose creative ideas.
