Client Experience Intern (Fintech): Supporting strategic initiatives and operations within the client relationships team, focusing on enhancing client journey, managing client data, and optimizing sales processes. Focus on producing stakeholder-facing presentations, analyzing user data in CRM, and developing business processes to drive alignment and inform decisions.

Location: Flexible hybrid work model with required office attendance in downtown Toronto, Canada.

Salary: $3,360–$3,680 per month (hourly $21–$23 for internship from May to August 2026).

What you will do

  • Produce high-quality, stakeholder-facing presentations to drive alignment and inform decisions.
  • Support key business operations within the sales organization, including process development, internal reporting, and project exploration.
  • Collect user feedback on technology tools and facilitate group training sessions to enhance team adoption.
  • Execute Qualtrics and Salesforce support tasks such as analyzing user data, updating dashboards, and maintaining contact information.

Requirements

  • Currently completing an undergraduate degree from a Canadian institution with a focus on Business, Economics, or a similar program.
  • Solid verbal, written, and analytical communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, MS Teams).
  • Understanding and willingness to learn the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
  • Proactive problem-solver with proven time management and organization skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity or previous experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce).
  • Previous customer experience, account management, or sales experience.
  • Ability to think outside the box and propose creative ideas.
