Salary: $138,700 CAD – $208,100 CAD

hirify.global’s Product Analytics team focuses on enabling data-driven product decisions across their Pro product portfolio, partnering with product, engineering, finance, and customer success leaders.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data tables and models in Snowflake.
• Develop robust dashboards and visualizations using ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders in product, finance, and engineering to continuously improve analytics infrastructure.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor for other analysts.
• Lead solutions for complex problems and own the long-term analytics roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Advanced SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred).
• Strong clickstream data experience and web analytics skills.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Proven experience building scalable dashboards using ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools.
• Executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP+ audiences.
